For more information, please visit www.gencap.com.RequirementsThe OpportunityUnder the direction of the Revenue Operations and Business Development leaders, the Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the pipeline for prospective new members and serving as a supporting role for Business Development Directors.· Attend prospective member introductory meetings led by Business Development Director.
Take pertinent notes, capture next steps, and enter information in Salesforce.· Keep track of all programs in the pipeline, following up regularly with members and suppliers on status, ensuring things continue to progress forward and required documentation is submitted appropriately. Keep Salesforce up to date at all times.· Provide reporting on KPIs such as introductions held, scheduled, benchmarks requested and presented, etc.· Support Business Development Director and Revenue Operations Senior Director as needed in other capacities.The PersonWe are seeking a bright, driven, and energetic candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of organization and focus on customer service are a must.· Bachelor’s degree is required· Salesforce experience is strongly preferred· 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting, is preferred· Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing time commitments· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Excellent active listening skills· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
