We invented the B2B intent data category and have been delivering high quality, accurate solutions ever since.As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will support the GTM motions of Bombora through campaign operations, lead management and integrity, marketing performance analytics, and marketing technology health. This role works cross-functionally with internal (e.g., Marketing & Revenue Operations and Sales & CS) and external stakeholders to build campaigns to ensure that recommendations and decisions are based on solid data.
Your understanding of Bombora’s goals, business strategies and GTM models will have a strong impact on and shape campaign construction, performance management analyses and martech strategies.
You will…
- Build, deploy, track and measure marketing campaigns through tools like Hubspot, bombora.com,and SalesForce.
- Oversee lead management activities including lead scoring models, lead routing rules and operations and lead enrichment strategies
- Lead performance analytics for Marketing focusing on key account list penetration and engagement, campaign effectiveness, tactic effectiveness and return on investments.
- Create and update relevant dashboards that identify and share insights.
- Monitor integrated marketing technologies for performance optimization opportunities and functional health.
- Create repeatable, scalable processes that can be utilized across Marketing and the broader Bombora commercial team.
- Focus on delivering seamless, flawless execution across all responsibility areas.
You have…
- 5+ years experience in marketing operations with a focus on campaign operations and performance analytics (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech industry).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Hubspot, GA4 and other key Martech tools.
- Experience designing marketing campaigns including demand generation.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively.

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 base with $5k bonus. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
