Through innovative technology and a team of ambitious humans, we're transforming the future of the creator economy.The Role #paid is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Coordinator to play a key role in driving revenue process optimization and data integrity across the company. Working alongside our Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll support essential initiatives that impact every department, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Update and maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness
- Auditing & Data Cleanup: Support regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement, actively participating in data cleanup efforts
- Report Generation & Dashboard Support: Assist in generating Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide key insights into revenue metrics and sales performance
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and client success, ensuring cohesive and efficient processes
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, offering recommendations to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
To be successful, you’ll need to
- Maintain accuracy in data management, particularly in Salesforce, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and reliable
- Approach tasks with a solution-oriented mindset, using your analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Anticipate needs within the Revenue Operations team, streamline workflows, and take initiative in optimizing data and revenue processes
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging Revenue Operations with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to support cohesive, revenue-driving strategies
- Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating the ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Show flexibility and a readiness to grow, adapting to new tools and processes as you gain deeper insights into our revenue operations framework
About you
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- You have a knack for precision, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining organized workflows even in high-volume situations
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across teams and acting as a resource to keep cross-functional projects running smoothly
- You are comfortable managing your time effectively in a remote setting, taking initiative, and adapting to new challenges with enthusiasm
- You’re excited to deepen your knowledge of revenue operations, technology, and processes, embracing new opportunities for personal and professional development
