The Opportunity 


Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a driven and experienced Web Project Manager to oversee and manage web development projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities 


  • Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing personnel, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Track project expenses, monitor budgets, and analyze variances to ensure financial accountability.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications through rigorous testing and feedback cycles.
  • Implement and manage Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to optimize workflow and enhance team performance.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that projects enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project timelines.
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support project requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on new tools or processes related to project management.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices in projects.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client projects, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and content updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital strategies with social media and online marketing efforts.
  • Use web analytics tools to monitor project performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions for enhancements.

Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, marketing, or another related field is preferred. Additional experience required in lieu of a degree. 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in web development or digital marketing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and technologies

Compensation


Base salary plus annual bonus and benefits.
