FIGS Is hiring a Financial Analyst to join the team! The Financial Analyst
will report directly to the Finance Senior Manager and serve as a finance counterpart to the Chief Business Development Officer who oversees the growth drivers for FIGS - International, TEAMS and Retail.. This is a strategic and cross functional role that will partner with multiple teams, including Revenue Forecasting, Data and Site Analytics, Marketing, and Operations. This role will assist with the planning, forecasting, and tracking the full P&L performance of FIGS growth drivers and any corresponding financial analyses that could impact them.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Finance team and serve as a Finance resource to the International, TEAMS, and Retail managers, their direct reports, and other departments that ultimately impact their P&L’s (Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Digital Product)
- Develop cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders in these departments, helping them build and manage their annual budgets while learning how their portion of the business ultimately impacts totally company revenue growth and profitability
- Help deliver strategic insights to these teams via reporting and financial / data analyses, automating where possible
- Assist the Finance Senior Manager in delivering updates and variance analysis on performance during month-end close, quarterly earnings, and FIGS’ internal forecast process
- Partner with the Data team to continue iterating on real-time, data-driven, analytical reporting of key financial KPIs and customer insights
- Special projects and ADHOC analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and support actionable business decisions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative or Business field
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
- Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets
- Proficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Alteryx, Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau), a plus
- E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus
- CPA and Big 4 accounting experience preferred
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $82,000 and $92,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
