The Role


This is an exciting role at the forefront of Paragraf’s product commercialisation where you will use your understanding of the technology and products to develop relevant and proactive marketing campaigns to create leads and drive sales. You will be contributing your technical expertise to the development of marketing materials, launch and follow through marketing campaigns. Provide guidance as required in collaboration with sales and technical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities


  • Liaise with colleagues to develop technical marketing campaigns which target agreed markets and have a strong call to action to draw in sales opportunities.
  • Ensure leads and opportunities are recorded on the CRM and that the database is maintained and correct.
  • Filter leads in a timely manner and ensure technical questions are answered appropriately with follow up actions undertaken and recorded. Resolve technical queries, offering product support in the first instance wherever possible, fielding others to colleagues if required but recording outcomes on the CRM. 
  • Coordinate with the Product teams to ensure technical product needs are anticipated and delivered as required.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations as required to represent the product range appropriately to drive leads and sales.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies by researching market trends, associated technologies including competitor analysis.
  • Lead activities at trade fairs and conferences to ensure Paragraf’s products are well represented and clear call to action is delivered, monitoring success and ensuring follow up activities are undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with technical publications to ensure Paragraf is represented and promoted positively.
  • Complete other duties commensurate with the role’s level as requested by your team leader or manager.

Requirements


Education and Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in a STEM discipline
  • A relevant professional certification relating to marketing would be an advantage

Experience

  • Experience in a similar technical role, ideally in the semiconductor or electronics sectors.
  • Knowledge and experience of driving innovative and proactive marketing campaigns and activities and proven experience of their development and success.

Skills and knowledge

  • Good negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills ensuring strong working relationships with colleagues across the Company to ensure their support

Communication

  • Phenomenal communication skills with the confidence to contribute and encourage ideas generation to senior management
  • Strong ability to communicate technical information, and to report on status of work in a timely manner to senior management
  • Ability to present information clearly and appropriately for the audience
  • Ability and experience in market analysis and delivery of marketing statistics to review and critically evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

  • Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by complying with company policies and processes and all relevant regulations including the use of PPE, as appropriate to the level and scope of the role. This includes participation in health and safety training and reporting of any potential hazards or breaches of safety protocols in the appropriate manner.
  • Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
  • UK Driving licence
