Paragraf has perfected a process for producing single-atom thick, two-dimensional materials, including graphene, directly onto crystalline substrates, such as: silicon, silicon-carbide, sapphire and gallium-nitride. The contamination-free technology is scalable, and compatible with existing electronic device manufacturing production processes.
