APWireless is focused on the strategic acquisition and management of cell tower leases across the United States and abroad. Our assets include ground, tower, rooftop and in-building cell tower leases. We create partnerships with cell tower landlords and seek to add as many wireless carriers ("co-locators") to each cell tower location as possible, ensuring that each cell tower is being managed to its greatest potential. We are flexible with our terms and contract language and use our own money to fund, which enables cell tower owners to receive their money quickly and reliably.
